Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team in the Automobile Industry. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in introducing and promoting our products and services to potential customers through phone calls.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding vehicle features, pricing, and availability.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in our database system.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to drive sales growth.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver seamless customer experiences.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and articulate spoken English and/or regional languages.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and basic data entry skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales or call targets while maintaining high productivity levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
