Job Description

H&M Group is seeking a skilled Business Controller to support H&M HOME. As a Business Controller, you will partner with Managers to co-create goals and activities that drive business results. You will secure seasonal methods and routines, respond to changes in the business landscape, and build analytical tools to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement seasonal strategies for H&M HOME's supply chain.
  • Design and maintain analytical tools and KPIs to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with various functions to drive optimization and improvement.
  • Participate in defining vision, strategy, goals, and timelines with team leaders.
  • Take responsibility for controlling and balancing top-down and bottom-up perspectives.

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Business Controller, you must be proactive in identifying business opportunities and risks through data analysis. You should be able to translate data into actionable steps, enabling business teams to make informed decisions. You should be a strong communicator, collaborate beyond your immediate team, and seek to develop and motivate those around you.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Controller, Business Analyst, or similar.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability, or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Creative analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strategic mind and ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Experience in informal leadership in a global environment.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in New Delhi, India.
