Your primary goal is to establish a meaningful connection with learners, comprehend their needs, and effectively arrange video counselling sessions.

Schedule video counselling sessions for qualified leads.

  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

At least 2 years of experience in edtech sales (study abroad experience is an asset). A minimum of 1 year spent in a single company is required.


  • A graduate degree is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working a 6-day work week is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English language are essential.
  • Ability to persuade learners to attend video counselling sessions, thereby influencing their enrolment decisions.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements is necessary.

Performance Metrics

  • Minimum 300 minutes of talk time over calls per day.
  • Schedule at least 5 video counselling sessions per day.
