About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day operations, transactions, and strategic initiatives within our business.

The successful candidate will act as a right-hand person to the Director, ensuring operational efficiency, timely execution of projects, and smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

Education: B.E./B.Tech from a reputed/premium institute (IIT, NIT, or equivalent)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure, industrial parks, consulting, or operations

Skills: Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities; high level of discretion, ownership, and ability to work under pressure

Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to project management tools is a plus
