Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Professional will be responsible for maximizing sales at the store while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. This includes achieving sales goals relative to store targets, evaluating customer requirements to provide best solutions, and ensuring store hygiene and functioning of products on display.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Evaluate customer needs and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales growth
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and products are displayed attractively
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays to maximize sales and minimize waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the athletic apparel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
