Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Total Experience: Minimum 8–10 years required">
  • Will to Travel: ~50% annually">
  • Comfortable with Hands-on Field Work">
  • PLC Programming: Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD)">
  • PID Programming & Loop Tuning">
  • Communication Protocols: Modbus, CC-Link, RS-232, Ethernet TCP/IP, Wireless, IoT">
  • MQTT protocol experience">
  • Platforms Used: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Schneider">
  • SCADA / HMI Development (Preferred)">
  • Panel Engineering Knowledge">
  • Thermocouple, Pressure, and Level Transmitters / Switches">
  • Proximity Sensors, Modulating Valves">
  • Instrumentation & Control Earthing">
  • Power Earthing">
  • Familiarity with Safety Systems (SIL, interlocks) – Preferred">
  • Site Commissioning Experience">
  • Panel Wiring, Termination (Hands-on)">
  • Willingness for Physical Work During Setup">
  • Experience in Multi-Site Execution">
  • Team Management and Technician Supervision">
  • Industrial Automation Project Handling">
  • Vendor Coordination and Procurement Knowledge">
  • Owning Deliverables in Projects">
  • Functional Design Specification (FDS)">
  • IO Documentation, Wiring Diagrams">
  • Control Panel Layout / GA Review">
  • Reporting, Email, and Team Communication">
  • Exposure to Remote Diagnostics / Cloud Integration (Preferred)">
