Job Overview:

Technip Energies is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving commercial growth and expanding our market presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key accounts, and maintaining relationships with clients. A strong understanding of the Ethylene market, commercial concepts, and ability to negotiate contracts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts on behalf of the company.
  • Provide support for proposal preparation and assist in formulating sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in the Ethylene sector.
  • Determine customer needs and priorities and formulate prospect strategies.
  • Nurture key client relationships and manage client key accounts.
  • Study tender enquiries and clearly define requirements for proposal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and global requirements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in Process Engineering, with a focus on Ethylene/Licensor selection and process engineering.
  • Result-oriented approach and ability to deliver targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial and legal concepts knowledge.
