About the Role
  • Job Title: Automobile Service Champion
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Handling: Receive and greet customers with a smile, capture VOC, and update the system.
  • Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose scooters to identify number and type of repairs, update diagnosis report in WMS, and perform repairs and final inspections.
  • System Handling: Track customer complaints in Zendesk, operate Workshop Management System, and update operational status and ETA.
  • Technical Repairs: Be knowledgeable about OLA scooter, repair or replace parts, and stay updated on OLA technical curriculum.
  • Process and Operational: Adhere to processes at Experience Centre, ensure bays are clear, and perform invoicing and payment collections.
  • Parts Operation: Audit inventory, perform GRN, and maintain inventory at Experience Centre.
  • Safety and Compliance: Wear uniform and protective gear while repairing scooters and ensure fire fighting equipment is in place.
Requirements
  • Only Male Candidates: We are looking for male candidates only for this role.
  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th+diploma/graduation/post graduation (no ITI)
  • Experience: Minimum experience of 1 year in an automobile industry in service sector.
