Job Title: Senior Physical Design Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Physical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in the development of digital ICs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in digital IC design, including floorplanning, placement, routing, clock tree synthesis, and optimization.
- Leverage advanced tools such as Innovus, ICC2, and Fusion Compiler to enhance place and route, timing closure, and physical design sign-off.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and successful tape-out processes.
- Drive innovation through experimentation with new technologies and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in physical design engineering, preferably in the digital IC space.
- Strong background in scripting languages like TCL, Perl, or Python for automating design tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DFM, DFT, and advanced packaging technologies.
- Proficiency in fusion compiler and PNR tools.
- Experience working with 7nm, 5nm, or lower process nodes.
