Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our influencer and brand marketing initiatives. This is a mid-level execution role ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on experience in content coordination, and a solid understanding of influencer culture.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support. They will be responsible for assisting in the identification, outreach, and onboarding of influencers and content creators, as well as coordinating communication, follow-ups, and content tracking.

Additionally, they will provide support for pre-production and on-site execution of brand shoots, reels, and content campaigns, including styling assistance, prop management, location setup, and liaising with vendors.

The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining organised records of influencer content, shoot footage, and usage rights for internal documentation and marketing use.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer & Creator Coordination: Assist in the identification, outreach, and onboarding of influencers and content creators.
  • Shoot & Production Support: Actively support pre-production and on-site execution of brand shoots, reels, and content campaigns.
  • Campaign Management Assistance: Help track influencer deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules.
  • Event Support: Help plan and execute brand-led events, pop-ups, or influencer gatherings.
  • Content Organization: Maintain organised records of influencer content, shoot footage, and usage rights.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual content, social trends, and branding
  • Hands-on experience assisting with ad shoots, reels, or events
  • Good organisational and logistical management skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
