Job Role: ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow architect to lead the design, implementation and delivery of scalable solutions for Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and integrate solutions that streamline operations, enhance customer experience and increase automation using the latest ServiceNow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for Sales, Order Management, SCM and FSM modules.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow platform solutions.
  • Design integrations between ServiceNow and external systems like ERP, CRM, logistics and telephony systems.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including CSM, FSM and others related to order lifecycle and supply chain.
  • Develop technical specifications, high-level and detailed design documents.
  • Ensure architecture compliance with enterprise standards, scalability and security best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, deployment and production support.
  • Optimize and enhance existing applications and workflows for sales and supply chain processes.
  • Build reusable workflows, automation scripts and business rules aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with integration teams for API, web services, MID server and data orchestration.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to developers and junior architects.
  • Maintain awareness of ServiceNow platform updates and new features related to Sales and SCM domains.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders and project teams.
