Senior E-commerce Leader Position

This leadership role focuses on managing and optimizing a company's online presence across various marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage product listings, inventory levels, pricing strategies, sales optimization initiatives, and customer service processes across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze marketplace performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to refine product listings for enhanced visibility and conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate, compelling, and up-to-date product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
  • Maintain a keen eye on competitor listings, implementing improvements based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and dispatching of products.
  • Oversee order processing, ensuring seamless and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to utilize Excel or other data management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
