Operations ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations ServiceNow Specialist to maintain, enhance, and optimize our ServiceNow platform with a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain various ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Provide comprehensive User Administration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement and support User Interface Level Integrations and MID Server Integrations to connect ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Utilize Import Sets for efficient data loading from external files or databases into ServiceNow.
  • Continuously monitor application performance and implement vendor-recommended patches and upgrades to ensure system health and security.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to explore and implement new opportunities for automating operational processes within ServiceNow.
  • Apply expertise in ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation to optimize service management workflows.

  • Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Knowledge Management
  • Asset Management
  • Content Management System (CMS)

Ensure timely resolution and fulfillment of incident and request queues. Perform clone and deployment activities within ServiceNow environments. Engage in documentation and review activities for configurations, processes, and integrations. Execute and manage complex data migration projects within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in User Administration, User Interface Level Integration, and MID Server Integration.
  • Knowledge of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to ServiceNow.
  • Experience on ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation.
  • Experience on following ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, and CMS.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript programming.
  • Experience in handling ServiceNow incident and request queues.
  • Experience in clone & deployment in ServiceNow.
  • Documentation and review skills.
  • Experience in complex data migration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 3+ years of experience as an operations engineer.
  • 3 - 5 years of configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Significant ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Administrator is mandatory.
