Job Description

At our organization, a critical component of delivering exceptional customer experiences is providing accurate data annotation for AI ML models. This effort enables the development of high-quality data at scale, ultimately driving business value.

We strive to offer easy and scalable labeling solutions that are both cost-efficient and secure. Our goal is to empower improvement in the search experience for customers by accurately determining labels for products targeted by search queries.

We collaborate closely with machine learning teams that develop and test ML models to enhance semantic matching, ranking, computer vision, image processing, and augmented reality.

  • Provide timely and quality data annotation for various workflows.
  • Maintain high standards for business metrics and goals (SLA, production, and quality targets).
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain records of day-to-day work.
  • Follow established guidelines and ensure output quality compliance.
  • Contribute to project improvement and operational excellence ideas.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
