Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Manager to create engaging social media content, develop effective strategies, and build a strong online presence.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create and manage content calendars for various platforms
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create engaging content
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep the brand culturally relevant
  • Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal follower base
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands or agencies
  • Strong content sense and creative copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
  • Ability to analyze insights and adjust strategy for better performance
  • A flair for storytelling, brand voice, and building digital presence
  • Experience with handling influencers or creators is a plus
