About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing product performance metrics, identifying trends and customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product features with customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product performance metrics using SQL, Excel, or Power BI tools to derive actionable insights and optimize user experience.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs, informing product development and strategy.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of product features with customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support A/B testing efforts, tracking results, and recommending enhancements to improve product performance.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or Power BI tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
