Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead project financing activities for solar projects, oversee financial model development and evaluation, and secure project financing through strategic negotiation and relationship management.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in project finance and drive the success of our solar project portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing project financing strategies for solar projects, including open access, rooftop, and utility-scale initiatives.
  • Evaluating and refining detailed financial models to ensure accurate IRR, DSCR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Liaising with banks, investors, and credit rating agencies to secure project financing and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to conduct thorough financial due diligence and risk assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possession of an MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification with a strong background in finance.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in project finance, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build strong partnerships.
