Role Overview

As an Account Manager at your chosen organization, you will be responsible for driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by expanding usage within existing client bases and generating qualified referrals through deep engagement with senior stakeholders.

This role is focused on owning relationships, influencing strategic decision-makers, and surfacing growth opportunities. You will not provide support or manage delivery coordination - those tasks are handled by our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of accounts aligned to your experience and capacity, typically ranging between ₹50L to ₹1.5Cr in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Drive strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through expansion in group schools and high-quality referrals from Principals and Chairpersons
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with Principals, Heads of Department, Chairpersons, and Head Office decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to monitor usage trends and adoption risks
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities - new modules, branches, or use cases
  • Proactively source referrals and act on warm introductions to other institutions
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Business Connects, and strategic account planning
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services roles in SaaS, ERP, or Education Technology
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working with CXO/decision-maker level
  • Demonstrated ability to influence renewals, referrals, or upsell outcomes
  • High ownership mindset - treats each customer like their own business
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language fluency is a plus)
  • Experience working with educational institutions is a significant advantage
