Game Development Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Game Development Expert to drive the creation of engaging gameplay and mechanics for our game. This individual will lead the programming team, ensuring high-quality code and contributing to the overall project direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gameplay mechanics, and technical specifications.
  • Develop complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine, aligning them with the project's vision and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Unreal Engine and game development practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and game development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, software architecture, and coding standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
