The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth. This role involves providing month end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity for processed resales, refunds and handling fees. You will also ensure timely and accurate completion of reports/requests for each region, measure and monitor KPIs and SLAs, supervise a team of 10-15 associates, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, monitor team and individual performance based on their targets, evaluate potential improvements and scope expansion based on changing business needs, provide support, ad hoc reporting, and analysis to internal and external customers, ensure that all reporting processes and systems are documented, support various ad-hoc requests from Divisional partners, conduct monthly/quarterly risk reviews with Divisional partners, and take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research, a detailed understanding of processes, systems, and practices.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing >5 direct reports/teams, onboard new team members on processes systems, tools, and operational best practices, hands-on experience working in Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions, must be adaptable to support global business operations across time zones, lead cross-functional teams, develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, drive business results through data-driven insights and recommendations, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
