Job Summary

A dynamic and innovative role for a seasoned Production Artist to lead and mentor a team of artists in delivering exceptional print and digital products.

  • Lead and guide your team to produce outstanding work
  • Mentor junior artists to develop their skills and expertise
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and methodologies, as well as driving growth and innovation within the studio. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong desire to teach and lead others.

  • Be an active listener and provide constructive feedback
  • Exceptional knowledge of print processes and methods
  • Ability to articulate requirements and guide internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities. If you have experience working on high-volume, multi-version deliverable projects and possess excellent attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Graphic Design with 5-7 years of experience as a Production Artist
  • Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet
  • Highly skilled in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop production across print and digital deliverables
