Job Description

We are a leading provider of electric vehicle technology, specializing in the development of high-quality components for OEMs. Our goal is to make electric vehicles intelligent, safer, and smoother to drive.

As a Hardware Testing Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and reliability by conducting comprehensive testing of hardware components.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with testing tools and methodologies, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

This role requires 30% travel within India to customer sites to provide technical support, where you will perform root cause analysis (RCA) & develop and execute test plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing testing and DVP reports
  • Analyzing and interpreting logs data
  • Performing field failure analysis
  • Providing on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting issues

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
  • ~2+ years of experience in Testing and integration for EV Charger, hardware products (EV field is a good to have)
  • ~ Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • ~ Familiar with using Lab Equipment (Digital Oscilloscope, Multimeter, etc.)
  • ~ Basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronics components
  • ~ Familiar with Chargers and popular topologies, and temperature monitoring & fault protection
