Senior UI/UX Designer (3-5 Years)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for creating user-centred designs that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business development, developers, and project managers.
  • Create high-quality user interfaces and user experiences by considering competitors' analysis, data, and technical constraints/opportunities.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to conceptualise new ideas and iterate on existing designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to incorporate their features into the design process.
  • Perform UI/UX audits and tests to optimise the customer/user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure thorough design implementation.
  • Design seamless and consistent design systems.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logics, and SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research.
