Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation of advanced Ignition SCADA systems across various manufacturing operations.

  • Develop and deploy tailored solutions that integrate OT systems, PLC, SCADA, MES with enterprise IT systems, ERP databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Design and architect real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions to enhance production efficiency and business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with production and business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives, such as Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven expertise with Ignition SCADA and Inductive Automation, including scripting module configuration and project deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLC, SCADA, HMIs, and plant floor connectivity.
  • Proficiency with database technologies, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards, ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, IEC 62443.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms, Azure IoT, AWS IoT, etc.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.
  • Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, for SCADAMES deployments.
  • Certifications, Ignition Gold, Certified Specialist OPC UA, or relevant industrial IT/OT certifications.
