Job Title: Web Application Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced web developer to create custom web applications using WordPress.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex websites on the WordPress platform.

You will be expected to create high-quality, user-friendly websites that meet client requirements while ensuring excellent performance, scalability, and security.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Develop responsive, mobile-friendly websites from design mockups.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and security best practices.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services (APIs, payment gateways, CRM, email marketing, etc.).
  • Maintain and update WordPress core, themes, and plugins regularly.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver successful projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS architecture and development principles.
  • Experience with popular page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO techniques and website optimization methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of web hosting environments (cPanel, AWS, etc.).
  • Strong Plus: Experience working on large-scale, secure web applications or government websites.
