Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python-based applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting solutions using MongoDB, Redis, FAST API, and containerization tools.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate React-based frontends and backend services is crucial. You will work closely with data platforms including Impala for high-performance querying and Autosys for job scheduling.

Code quality, performance, and security standards across all development efforts must be maintained. As a leader, you will mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering innovation and accountability.

Driving agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) is key to success. Liaising with stakeholders from banking operations, risk, and compliance to align technical solutions with business needs is also important.

The ideal candidate has 15+yrs of total experience with 10+ years of hands-on experience in advanced Python development and design patterns. A strong background in MongoDB, Redis, FAST API, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is required.

Solid understanding of React Framework and frontend-backend integration is necessary. Familiarity with Impala, Autosys, and distributed systems is a plus. Prior experience in managing mid-sized engineering teams (10–15 members) is mandatory. Banking or financial services domain experience is highly desirable.
