Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative strategies that align with our brand, vision, and business objectives
  • Lead a team of creative professionals and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Work closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of words and visuals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content and experiences
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, TVCs, print, and beyond
  • Write across formats, including ads, scripts, social media posts, and long-form content
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team
  • Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to navigate challenges creatively
