  • Aptitude: Strong problem-solving abilities, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Client-Facing: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Enthusiasm: A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for technology and software development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
