Job Overview

BlackLine is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Ironclad and Salesforce development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom functionalities on the Salesforce platform and Ironclad CLM.
  • Work on Salesforce projects with an emphasis on our Contract Lifecycle Management platform (Ironclad CLM).
  • Develop and maintain technical design documents.
  • Create and update system documentation, including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases, and deployment plans.
  • Identify and resolve defects in the system.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to scope work and produce estimates.
  • Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience integrating the Salesforce platform with internal and external systems.
  • Proficiency in Apex code, custom objects, workflow rules, custom fields, validation rules, and VisualForce pages.
  • Programming background in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, or other languages.
  • Enterprise integration architectures, such as SOAP, RESTful, and ETL.
  • Deep understanding of Conga Composer and Ironclad CLM, SaaS, and CLM processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to self-train quickly and adapt to new technologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in software or SaaS industry.
  • Experience running projects from initiation to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving.
