Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Compliance Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of compliance and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective testing programs to assess compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain regular dialogue with senior stakeholders to ensure timely progress updates and issue classification.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance colleague knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with Compliance leadership on strategic initiatives to improve delivery models and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Work with business teams to develop remediation plans addressing regulatory findings.
  • Identify emerging regulatory risks and impending legislation impacting Compliance Monitoring Plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in internal audit or regulatory compliance, preferably within the Big Four or a bank/financial institution.
  • Academic qualifications with relevant experience in compliance or legal, including Anti-Money Laundering background.
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, or certifications in audit would be preferred.
