Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive cybersecurity specialist to design, implement, and maintain effective security measures to protect our systems, networks, and sensitive data.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and industry-standard security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust security solutions to safeguard IT infrastructure, applications, and data.
  • Closely monitor networks and systems for potential security breaches, anomalies, and threats.
  • Conduct regular comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans; lead the response to security incidents.
  • Perform thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, virtual private networks, and other critical security tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to integrate security seamlessly into DevSecOps practices.
  • Ensure strict compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Maintain and update comprehensive security documentation, runbooks, and technical reports.
  • Educate employees and developers on essential cybersecurity awareness and secure coding practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • In-depth understanding of network, application, and cloud security concepts.
  • Proven experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Tenable, Qualys, Wireshark, etc.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or GIAC.
  • Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience in Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
  • Knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust Architecture.
