**Overview of Role**
HCLTech is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Asset Finance team as a Senior Analyst or Team Leader. This role will be focused on delivering high-quality mortgage operations services for both US and UK markets.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver day-to-day mortgage operations services, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications.
- Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to service levels and cut-offs.
- Review and analyze collateral, including valuation reports, insurance documents, and other relevant information.
- Assess borrower profiles, income calculations, credit reviews, assets, and employment verification.
- Calculate and recalculate borrower's income, debt-to-income ratio, loan-to-value ratio, and bank statements.
- Maintain strong process knowledge of UK and US mortgage lending policies from originations to servicing.
**Requirements**
- Graduate degree in any field; experience in end-to-end UK/US mortgage domain with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Excellent analytical skills, English comprehension, and client interaction skills.
- Strong MS Office skills and ability to work on multiple shifts.
- Good exposure to cab facility (up to 30 km) and other benefits provided by HCLTech.
