Job Title: Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled data scientist to join our team in an on-site role. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation-based solutions.

About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity for professionals with expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in Computer Science and Algorithms, along with experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and RAG systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and testing of machine learning models
  • Fine-tune models to ensure seamless integration into workflows
Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Solid background in Computer Science and Algorithmic Design
  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and RAG-based systems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning Large Language Models
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and API development
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
  • Experience in building scalable AI-driven applications for production environments
