A Backend Software Engineer is required to drive the development of complex enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of backend technologies and be able to design, build, and support distributed architecture using Java Spring Boot, Reactive programming, Web Flux.Key Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and developing stable application systems and software solutions
  • Developing, configuring, or modifying complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments
  • Facilitating the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications
Requirements for this position include:
  • 5-8 years of experience in software/IT development
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in design, build, and supporting distributed architecture using Java Spring Boot, Reactive programming, Web Flux
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing streaming applications using Kafka, Couchbase/Mongo DB in GCP
  • 5+ years of experience in Backend development
  • 4+ years of Agile software delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in minimum 2 complex backend applications
  • Understanding priorities, scope, and OKRs
  • Understand trade-offs in different technical choices
  • Backend stack exposure
  • Microservices architecture and REST standards
  • Java/SpringBoot, Reactor, Webflux
  • Fault-tolerant System Design
  • Observability and monitoring of systems
  • 2 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software environment
