Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at Scrut Automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and attracting top-tier talent in the tech industry. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide expertise on market trends, talent availability, and other relevant factors.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance Scrut Automation's employer brand within the tech community.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the information security, SaaS, or related tech industries. Start-up experience is mandatory.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with information security and technology roles, including software development, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the company's value proposition to candidates.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
