Clinical Liaison Specialist

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- You will obtain and renew necessary licenses and approvals, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics), and other relevant compliances.
- Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- You will build and maintain relationships with municipal corporations, state health departments, fire departments, and urban development authorities.
- Local statutory bodies, police, and nodal officers for compliance and inspections.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- You will prepare, verify, and submit required documents for regulatory applications.
- Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
- Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
- Operational Support:
- You will work closely with the expansion/projects team to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
