We are looking for someone to be a part of Gritzo – a leading online nutrition brand in India. As a key member of the brand team at Gritzo, you will report directly to Sr. Manager – Marketing & Growth.

Growth Initiatives:
  • Drive topline growth through paid and organic marketing initiatives
  • Lead all growth initiatives for Gritzo, including new channel growth and acquiring consumers through organic channels
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for annual Revenue, Searches & Traffic targets
  2. Work closely with analytics team to arrive at key geographies, key consumer TG & other trends to unlock new growth levers for the brand
  3. Owning the GTM & Marketing initiatives to use the proprietary Gritzo Growth Tracker app to drive acquisition & improve retention
Collaboration and Communication:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, and Analytics to drive business outcomes and achieve goals.
