HubSpot Designer/Developer Position

This role involves creating web pages, custom modules, and website templates using HubSpot CMS.

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to utilize your skills in design and development to support business objectives. You will be working closely with marketing teams to create tailored experiences for leads and customers.

  • Implement dynamic content strategies to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Optimize website pages for SEO, including metadata, headings, and keyword usage.
  • Create visually appealing marketing assets such as landing pages, email templates, and website content while adhering to brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
  1. Design and prototype web pages using Figma/XD.
  2. Build and deploy web pages in HubSpot.
  3. Create and maintain custom modules, templates, and themes within HubSpot.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to run A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years designing within HubSpot.
  • Experience with Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices (metadata, keywords, headings).
