Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership and Vision: Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with our overall vision and business objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop a long-term vision for our products and platform.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the engineering and product departments, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Holistic View: Partner closely with engineers, product, design, and cross-functional leaders to shape, sequence, and lead engineering work, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to building a culture of continual improvement, fostering innovation and excellence within the engineering team. Ensure the team stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and security standards.
Key Requirements & Skills
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in AWS and the MERN Stack.
  • Experience in architecting and designing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using AWS and the MERN stack.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to completion in a collaborative environment, with a focus on solution architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Passion for working in a product-focused environment with a commitment to customer impact.
