We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our marketing efforts and increase referral business by maintaining healthy relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase referral business through strategic partnerships and effective relationship management.
  • Promote our services to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers, highlighting the benefits of our eye care solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily and monthly visits, sales data, and business performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Represent the brand at trade exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events, fostering networking opportunities and promoting our services.
  • Organize and participate in community outreach programs, eye screening camps, CMEs, medical education workshops, seminars, and other initiatives to raise awareness about eye health and our services.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive and result-driven marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of sales experience from a relevant industry background (pharma, hospitals, or diagnostics).
  • Knowledge of the ophthalmic sector is a significant advantage.

Essential skills include strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as expertise in market analysis and territory knowledge.
