Automotive Warranty Claims Processor

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of warranty claims. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
• Review, code, and process warranty claims accurately.
• Maintain records and update claim notes daily.
• Communicate with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the client's team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is an advantage.
• Ability to work overnight IST hours (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
