Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CPQ Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the global implementation and optimization team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes and ensure our systems meet evolving business needs.

You will partner with Sales, Contracts, Order Management, and Finance teams to understand current and future processes. Your collaboration with IT Architects will focus on designing scalable CPQ solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain CPQ workflows and system architecture.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
  • Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts to ensure smooth system implementation.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and operating instructions.
  • Evaluate solutions for alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • 5+ years working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
  • Advanced Salesforce administration (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
