Job Title: Central Data Governance Expert

This is a leadership role that plays a pivotal part in advancing data integrity and operational excellence across clinical development programs.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for centralized monitoring, risk management, and quality assurance to drive business value and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute enterprise-wide plans, identifying key indicators and developing mitigation strategies to ensure data integrity.
  • Lead the development of advanced statistical frameworks for centralized monitoring, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and oversight.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review and discuss study data, driving proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior colleagues on best practices, lessons learned, and team performance improvement techniques.

Collaborate closely with operations, data management, biostatistics, and other departments to support proactive oversight and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Expertise in data governance, risk management, and quality assurance; experience in designing and implementing centralized monitoring frameworks; strong leadership and collaboration skills; ability to mentor and develop junior colleagues; excellent communication and analytical skills.
