They will possess proven success in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies, as well as a deep understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy
  • Lead performance marketing and growth marketing initiatives
  • Optimize the marketing funnel and improve conversion rates using a data-driven approach
  • Own customer lifecycle management and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing
  • Proven success in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
