Product Design Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Design Expert to play a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent design skills, the ability to conduct thorough research, and outstanding communication skills.

  • Conduct research and gather insights on user needs and behaviors to develop design concepts that support product development.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactions that effectively communicate design principles and adhere to human-centered design methods and accessibility standards.
  • Organize complex information in an intuitive manner, making it easy for users to navigate.
  • Present and articulate design thinking through regular design reviews and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
  • Create inclusive digital experiences from start to finish, ensuring consistency across products.
  • Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience, leveraging industry knowledge and technical aspects of products.
  • Manage design workload and deliver high-quality products on time in an Agile environment.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear problem-solving.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing product UX/UI design work.
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in the banking industry.
  • 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in large cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality digital products.
