Placement Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Placement Officer to provide career opportunities to students with relevant jobs in the IT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth student life cycle and monitoring outcomes.

  • Identify major employers for urban placement opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedures and placed students.
  • Maintain documents related to pre-placement and post-placements.
  • Provide job market studies and regular coordination with managers and trainers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institutes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrates patience & perseverance.
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates.
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with corporate partners to secure job placements.
  2. Develop and maintain a database of job opportunities and match students accordingly.
  3. Ensure timely completion of placement processes and monitor student performance.
  4. Foster partnerships with educational institutions to enhance career prospects for students.
  5. Provide ongoing support to students throughout their placement journey.
