  • Confirm names and designations over the phone to ensure accuracy.
  • Enter changes and new information into databases in a specified format.
  • Regularly communicate with team leader/management/team members regarding project status and work assignments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A passionate individual with 4-6 years of experience in calling roles.
  • Maintain high productivity with high-quality results.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/commerce, MBA, CFA, or any other Post-Grad Degree.

Skills:

  • Ability to handle conversations with U.S.-based healthcare facilities.
  • Handling International Outbound calls.
  • Active Listener and strong understanding of U.S accent.
  • Ability to work in both team and individual environments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Will to work in US Shift.
