Job Title: Website Tester (Secret Shopper)

  • Visiting assigned websites and understanding their purpose.
  • Following a step-by-step checklist and recording findings.
  • Testing key user flows like browsing products, adding to cart, and checking out.
  • Spotting and reporting issues like broken links, confusing content, or accessibility problems.
  • Checking payment methods and completing test transactions.
  • Confirming post-purchase details like order confirmation pages and email receipts.
  • Taking screenshots or screen recordings to show what was found.
  • Prioritizing issues based on severity and suggesting quick fixes.
  • Keeping us updated on progress and reporting any blockers.
  • Handling login details and testing data securely.

  • Web browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge (on desktop and mobile).
  • Screen capture tools: Loom, CleanShot, or similar.
