About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to lead our frontend development efforts and shape the future of our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
  • Promote a culture of excellence by guiding, mentoring, and supporting a team of frontend developers.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for frontend architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integrations and align on project requirements.
  • Hands‑on Development
  • Contribute actively to coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Design and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Technology Ownership
  • Demonstrate expertise in multiple frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter, Ionic).
  • Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Quality & Performance
  • Develop and maintain testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams through open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain transparency by communicating progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is required.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is beneficial.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
