As an integral team member, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards. You will also ensure adherence to applicable taxation laws and regulations, manage legal and company secretarial responsibilities to meet regulatory requirements, and plan and execute comprehensive internal audits to evaluate financial and operational efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards. Ensure adherence to applicable taxation laws and regulations. Manage legal and company secretarial responsibilities to meet regulatory requirements. Plan and execute comprehensive internal audits to evaluate financial and operational efficiency. Prepare and submit accurate reports in compliance with RBI guidelines. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. Maintain meticulous records and documentation of audit findings.
  • Skills & Expertise: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. 2-5 years post-qualification experience in internal auditing, accounting, taxation, legal compliance, or company secretarial roles within RBI-governed NBFCs. Deep understanding of RBI regulations and NBFC-specific guidelines. Proficient in accounting principles, taxation laws, and legal frameworks relevant to NBFCs.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹30-50 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location.
